One of my favorite ways to get centered and align when I feel anxious is getting outside and connecting with mother earth through grounding.

Walking on the earth barefoot is scientifically proven to promote well being and clarity while reducing stress by connecting to the earths electrons.

Most of us don't spend enough time outdoors, away from tv, phones, or distractions to really allow time to process and just be.

Self care is so important, especially with so much going on around us. How can you take time to unplug and reconnect with nature?
