-Cancellation Policy-

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone's life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

• Cancellation at least 24 hour prior to the class or appointment is required to be reissued your deposit. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will not be reissued your deposit.

• No-shows Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo the class for whatever reason will be considered a "no-show." They will be not be reissued their deposit

• If the class is canceled, we will notify you with the option of a credit towards future classes or a full refund.
